Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lirkedin.click (the "Site") and any estimate request, proposal, or contract entered into with Coleman Sunrooms ("Company," "we," "us"), located at 4118 Monroe Road, Suite 220, Charlotte, NC 28202. By using the Site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a form on this Site, calling our office, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Coleman Sunrooms provides design, permitting coordination, and construction services for sunrooms, screen rooms, and four-season room additions to residential properties in the Charlotte, North Carolina metro area. Specific scope of work, materials, and pricing for any project are set out in a separate written contract signed by both parties, which controls over any general description on this Site.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided through this Site, by phone, or during a site visit are preliminary and non-binding until formalized in a signed written contract. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during permitting or construction, homeowner-requested changes, and material availability.
4. Payment Terms
- Projects typically require a deposit at contract signing, with progress payments tied to construction milestones and a final payment due at completion.
- Specific payment schedules are set out in the individual project contract.
- Late payments may be subject to a service charge as permitted by North Carolina law.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because sunroom and glass room additions are custom-designed and permitted for your specific property, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Homeowners may cancel a signed contract within 48 hours of signing for a full refund of any deposit paid, before design or permitting work has begun.
- Cancellations after 48 hours, or after design, engineering, or permitting work has commenced, may be subject to a cancellation fee reflecting costs already incurred (design time, permit fees, materials ordered).
- Once construction has begun, cancellation terms are governed by the signed project contract.
North Carolina and federal law do not provide a general statutory "cooling-off" period for custom home improvement contracts beyond what is stated above and in your signed agreement; please review your contract's cancellation clause carefully before signing.
6. Permits & Code Compliance
Coleman Sunrooms will pull all required Mecklenburg County building permits for contracted work. Homeowners are responsible for HOA approval where applicable, unless HOA submittal is separately included in the project scope.
7. Warranty
Structural workmanship on completed additions is warrantied for as long as the original homeowner owns the property, subject to normal wear, proper maintenance, and conditions outlined in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on glass, frames, and fixtures are passed through separately and are subject to each manufacturer's terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design renderings, is owned by or licensed to Coleman Sunrooms and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Coleman Sunrooms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or from delays caused by weather, permitting authorities, material supply, or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim relating to contracted construction services is limited to the amount paid under the applicable project contract.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a project contract shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the dispute resolution and venue provisions stated in the applicable signed project contract, or absent such provisions, resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any project contract are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
